Welcome to One Green Lid!
My objective with this blog is to bring to the attention of people and manufacturers around the world, the problem of the waste created by non-recyclable plastic lids. Much to do is made of containers and such, but none of lids, I aim to change that. I am not what most people would think of when they think of an ecowarrior, but I'd like to prove that one person can make a difference in the world. Some of you might think of this as just another craft site, but nothing could be farther from the truth. Ideally I'd love to see a day when I would have no more lids to craft with, then my work here will be done. Until then enjoy the ideas and have fun making useful or just plain fun objects that you can give to others and hopefully inspire them to reuse and recycle as well.
